AAA Tire And Auto Service - Fort Wright

Amazing appointment from beginning to end, which is not something I usually experience in the constantly overwhelmed car shops in this day and age. The manager was courteous, had a positive attitude, and set expectations. And the communication leading up to the appointment was solid too: they talked to me a few times beforehand to confirm the right tires and the right sizes. The same tires at other local places were $35-$40 more per tire. And being a AAA member knocked off a few bucks here as well. Highly recommend as long as they keep the same associates and managers in place here.

Cannot say enough great things about this place. My car stopped accelerating on the highway and I barely made it to this shop. Both Susan and Ethan were so helpful and made sure I was taken care of. The mechanic, Ted, did such a quick diagnosis and figured out the problem quickly. Y'all saved me from a potentially horrible weekend. I appreciate the fantastic customer service and work.

I had a fantastic experience at AAA Tire and Auto this past winter. One of my tire flaps must have come loose from the snow, and I was missing clips, it was in rough shape. I stopped in hoping they could take a look, and the service I received went above and beyond my expectations. The technician jumped right on it, fixed the issue quickly, and even took the time to check my battery when I mentioned I thought there might be a problem. What really stood out to me was that they refused to take any payment for the work they did. That kind of honesty and customer-first attitude is rare these days. If that’s how they treat people, it’s a business I can truly stand behind. I know exactly who I’ll be recommending to others, and where I’ll be going for any future needs. They’ve earned a lifetime customer.

On 4/24/26 I called the business at approximately 0900 and asked if they had time to transfer a tire from one wheel to another wheel. They said they would be able to if I dropped it off and it would be $35. I arrived at 1030 and spoke with the individual at the front desk. She got my information and I then went and got both the tire and wheel out my truck, carried both over to the garage area, and set them outside of the door. She assured me they would be taken in shortly (over $1000) in product. I drove by over an hour later and both were still sitting outside. I went on about my day and received a phone call from the business at 4:00 P.M. The female who took my information stated that my wheels were after marked and chrome, and it was not worth the $30 to do the job. Exact words, even though I was quoted $35. I went back to the business, no one spoke to me, I had to walk into the garage, get my wheel and tire, and load them myself. It was very clear when the items were dropped off at 1030 that the wheels were aftermarket and chrome. One was visually able to be seen and the wheel in the box had a picture on the side. They kept my wheels and tire for nearly 6 hours only to tell me

James at AAA provided excellent service. He was professional, honest, and took the time to clearly explain what was going on with my vehicle instead of rushing through it. I really appreciated his transparency and attention to detail—he made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. It’s not always easy to find someone you can trust with car issues, but James definitely earned that trust. Highly recommend working with him.
